Limited Warranty
All recommendations, statements and technical data contained herein are based on tests and information believed by Inland Concrete Products, Inc. (“ICP”) to be reliable and correct; however, accuracy and completeness of said information are not guaranteed and are not provided as an express or implied warranty. The user is advised to rely on his or her own information and tests to determine the suitability of any product for the intended use. The user assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of any ICP product. ICP’s sole responsibility shall be to replace, at ICP’s sole discretion, any product or portion of a product which ICP deems to be defective within six months of the delivery of the product. ICP disclaims any and all other warranties or conditions, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall ICP or any of its affiliated companies be liable for any cost or other adverse impact caused by actual or alleged product defects that result in loss of use, or any direct, incidental, special or consequential damages or any charges or expenses of any nature whatsoever. In no event will ICP’s liability exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
Product Care and Use Disclaimer
Use products only as instructed. If proper use is in question contact Inland Concrete Products, Inc. (“ICP”) for further instructions. Product performance can be adversely affected by environmental variables including jobsite conditions, ambient temperature, construction practices, and many other circumstantial variables known only to the user. Users are advised to evaluate jobsite and environmental conditions and adjust product use practices and product performance expectations accordingly. Do not leave plastic bar supports in the sun for prolonged periods of time as the plastic might become brittle and/or perform at a reduced level. Do not apply oils, release agents or similar products to ICP bar supports.
